Founder & Executive Director

Theresa Baker

Theresa is the founder and Executive Director of E.E.S. Ministries (Encourage, Empower & Send). In 1996 she was strongly urged by God to do a greater work for Him. She actively began obeying her charge in 2002 forming E.E.S. Ministries. Theresa has served in various aspects of the local church body, i.e. ministerial staff, women’s ministry, church administration, music and youth ministry. God has taken her past hurts, pains, and sufferings along with His Word to be an encouragement to others, with a focus on women. God gave her the strength she needed to survive through molestation, forbidden relationships, suicide attempts, drugs, church hurts and family pains. While spending time with God, He showed her there were many, many others with her same issues. The Word of God in Luke 10:2 …the harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He would send forth laborers into His harvest”. “Can I Send You?” Unknowing to the extent of this request, she answered, “Yes, you can use me”, which was the beginning of this ministry of restoration and reconciliation. As dictated by the Holy Spirit, Theresa leads E.E.S. Ministries to host diverse functions that address some of life’s more sensitive “issues”. Theresa’s Motto: “As I take this faith walk, my mission is solely to be a support to the entire body of Christ by addressing “delicate issues”.
